1， 耐高温，输送1250度的高温金属件没问题。不变形，耐热能力强。
2， 高速，一秒1-2米的运行输送速度。一个件从机头到机头几秒钟，就行。
3， 无声，静音。链板输送带是采用轴承滚动实现链板输送带的运行，轴承跟输送轨道的摩擦系数小，所以无声静音。采用轴承滚动输送大大降低了摩擦系数，运行起来非常轻松。
4， 节能，现在不是链条滑动摩擦，而是轴承滚动摩擦进行输送。输送带运行起来不用使用太大的力气就能高速的运行，电机就省劲了。在同样运行速度的情况下这种轴承链板输送机采用的电机功率小一倍。
5， 更换零件方便。链板输送带如果年数多了，轴承坏了，打开开口销换个轴承就行，简单方便。
6， 轴承链板输送机高速无声的原因就是有了轴承的缘故。无声轴承链板输送机寿命长的原因还有一个，输送机的链轮的外径大于输送机的输送轨道上下距离，输送链板的轴承在转弯后解除轨道是逐渐接触轨道，不是猛烈的撞击轨道，这就大大减少了轴承的使用损耗。
7， 降低噪音的另一个关键就是给链条和轴承每天得打油，加油。
8， 如果输送机的速度需要提高。那么改变缩小主动轴上面那个传动链轮的外径。减小主动轴上面的带动电机链条的链轮的齿数一半，速度就提高一倍。无极调速电机能调节快慢。变频电机能调节快慢速度。
