TRGK 系列高压鼠笼电机电抗软起动器是用于额定电压3～10KV的大中型鼠笼式电机或同步电机的软起动设备，其工作原理是在电机定子回路串入阻抗可平滑改变的电抗器，调整控制绕组中直流电流的大小，阻抗在预定的时间内由大到小自动无级减小，电机端电压逐渐上升至全压，实现电机起动。，起动电流维持在额定电流的3.5-5倍以下，起动结束后，电抗器自动切除，起动过程对电网无大的冲击。
 
 
         TRGK series high voltage squirrel-cage motor soft starter is used to start and protect motor (3000V~10000V), adjust the current in the control winding, impedance is reduced from large to small automatically during the scheduled time, the motor terminal voltage gradually increases to full pressure,3.5 to 5 times the rated current, after starting, reactor cut off automatically, the starting process has no big impact on the grid.

电抗起动器的安装：Installation for reactance soft starter
 
 
1、户内使用的电抗起动器必须安装在防滴和防日照的室内。电抗起动器室的制造必须符合国家使用电规程及建筑规范的规定。电抗起动器室的保护等级应符合 IP23 防护等级的要求；23 protection level.
 
 
2、电抗起动器的基础必须能承受电抗器的合部重量，应符合国家建筑规范要求；The base of the reactance soft starter must be able to withstand the combined weight of the reactor,it should comply with the national building code requirements.
 
 
3、电抗起动器的安装设计必须符合人身安全要求，应确保电抗起动器在运行时不可能被人所触及。带电体之间及带电体对地之间的    距离应符合国家供用电规程的要求，此外还应保证电缆和高压线之间，温控线、风机线、和高压线圈之间的    距离；The installation design of the reactance soft starter must meet the personal safety requirements,,besides, the minimum safe distance between the cable and high voltage line,temperature control line, fan line, high voltage coil should be guaranteed.
