此生产线是我们通过二千余套高速管材装备和复合管材装备的技术积淀，自主研制并历经多次重点改进最终创造的国内同类设备中生产速度最高、性能 可靠的  机型。
 
 
生产线配备的挤出机根据加工材料特性特殊设计，对原料与回收料都可以  加工。
 
 
滴头筛选排序采用离心式筛选系统。此系统具有筛选精度高、排序速度快、滴头识别速度高等诸多优势，能够保证高速生产时的滴头  供给。
 
 
针对滴灌管不同的壁厚、不同的滴头，我们拥有行业内成熟的解决方案。整个生产过程从滴头筛选到滴头与管材的粘合、管材牵引、打孔检测，直至最终成品卷取等一系列  技术的融合，确保都得以高速稳定生产。
 
 
生产线标配的双工位卷取机具有自动排线、张力控制运行速度等等智能化功能，全程无需人工干预就可以保证收卷效果。
